The British American Project. 1 of 20 US Delegates selected to attend the conference this year focused on "Abundance to Scarcity – Sustainability and Development in the 21st. Century”, she is humbled & honored!
~An avid yogi for more than 10 years, in October 2009, she completed my 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Teaching Program with
Purna Yoga, which focuses on alignment based asana, meditation & pranayama, applied philosphy, and nutrition. Her approach is that "all life is yoga" and that one must take their yoga off their mat and into their world and live life yogically...Following the path of her Dharma to create positive social change, she is excited to share in the transformation of our world through teaching
Purna Yoga as well as using it as a vehicle in her "sacred activism" with yoga retreats in Guatemala to support humanitarian organizations' work in her artisans' communities.
~ Coleccion Luna handbags were once again the "goodie bags" at the 63rd Anniversary Celebration of CARE in June 2009...Stephanie headed to DC to attend several events surrounding the celebration, including a private dinner at Gutemalan Ambassador Francisco FranciscoVillagran De Leon's private residence.
